Petsville is a small, family owned business located about 15 minutes from the heart of Sydney. We're Sydney's premier bird retailer and small animal specialists. We have one of the largest range of avian and small animal products in Australia and also have everything you could ever need for dogs, cats, reptiles and aquariums.
We offer a high quality boarding service in our well maintained, and equipped, facilities. We supply premium seed, nectar and pellets for all our guests and also supply fresh fruit and vegetables daily. We will ensure your animals nutritional needs are taken care of, however if you need a special diet or medication to be provided, please be aware that a $3 per item charge will be added to provide these extra provisions. All you must supply is at least one toy per animal but you are welcome to bring as many items as you like to make them comfortable. (Within reason)

Wednesday: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
Thursday: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
Friday: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday - 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Please be aware, we are not open for drop off or pick up on the following dates. Any animals boarded over these dates, will still have the same high quality care.

During holiday periods there will be a holiday surcharge on all animals, if your dates overlap, only the days within the holiday period will include the surcharge.

Due to an overwhelming amount of cases of animals being left abandoned at our boarding facility, our policies have recently changed. Depending on the originally booked stay dates, the abandonment period varies to provide a reasonable opportunity to collect animals.
For stays of 1-3 days, 3 days without payment will result in abandonment;
for stays 4-6 days, 5 days without payment will result in abandonment;
for stays 7-9 days, 7 days without payment will result in abandonment;
for stays 10-12 days, 9 days without payment will result in abandonment;
for stays 13-15 days, 11 days without payment will result in abandonment;
for stays 16 days or more, 15 days without payment will result in abandonment.

When filling out your booking application please ensure all areas are filled out and done so correctly. If any areas are missing your application will not be valid.

Date extensions are subject to cage availability. If you wish to extend your stay with less than 7 days notice, please be aware that you will incur a $10 a day surcharge on top of your boarding fee and your animal may be relocated into a temporarily built cage to allow for our next guests to be accommodated.
